Trust.....so many different meanings to some but it's so simple! Trust means you trust someone with your everything, your every being. Now this is very hard considering all the betrayal you experienced in the past, yes you, because we all have experienced it! Allowing yourself to let your guard down is very intimidating and makes you feel vulnerable but what else do you have to loose? Every one wants someone they can genuinely trust but how do you find that? You have to 1 trust yourself! If you don't trust yourself to be all a person needs than how can you trust someone else to embody those same characteristics. If you are deceiving you will expect other to be the same. If you are constantly lying you will think the same about others. The fears you hold either come from your past or your own insecurities and denial of your actions. Now I'm not telling you to trust everyone but if you're looking for that special one, the relationship must be built on a foundation of trust....Can you be trusted??

This year I have grown, this week, this day I have grown...with growth comes change, therefore this blog will not be about a local business but instead a very local person- Yourself! Many of us pride in our unwillingness to change with references like " This is me, take it or leave it," or " I'm perfect just the way I am." These illusions  will forever cripple you. I'm sure there's still someone reading this thinking that their way is the only way, well it's not. Fearing change or being opposed to change will only hinder your growth both mentally, physically, and spiritually. I'm not going to go into a long discussion and bore you, but I will let you know that it's time to wake up and expand your thought process. There should be no limits to the amount of knowledge you are willing to receive. This blog is merely a post to let you know that change is okay, and always be willing to grow. From personal experience I was stagnant for almost 13 years because my mind was so conditioned and I placed many limitations within my life as we all sometimes do. Be open because it will be the growth you wish to see, flourish and open your mind up to the next level. Growth should be your addiction. It's like yourself rewarding yourself- Love
